Like the complex bitter and sweet flavours of the Yuzu fruit, there is more to our menu than meets the eye. An exciting and modern imagining of traditional flavours, created with the finest seasonal ingredients, Yuzu’s Japanese fusion dining is inspired by the multicultural vibe of modern Melbourne. A city of such diverse cultures and stories demands a vibrant menu, one which Yuzu’s team have created with great skill and professionalism. Our acclaimed chefs signature dishes include succulent Orange Duck, fresh Bugs in Garlic Sauce, fine Wagyu Steak, lamb rack with wasabi sauce and grilled Hokkaido scallop with Japanese Hollandaise to name but a few. Classic flavours such as our hugely popular Chicken Teriyaki also get the Yuzu treatment, with our own unique interpretation of the dish. The fusion of our culture and flavour is expressed through every element of each dish, from the kitchen through to the delightful presentation on which we pride ourselves.
